WORKOUT NOW, NO WEIGHT?! This time of year always brings on the extra pounds. There are holiday parties, work parties, and not to mention the infamous leftovers from Thanksgiving and Christmas. We tend to let ourselves go thru the months of November and December and then say to ourselves “on January 1st I’m getting back on track!” I know this because one I’ve said it and done it and two I’ve worked in fitness quite some time and gym sales are through the roof the end of December through the end of January.
